Project overview
Eagle Moon Ranch Getaway was conceived as a quiet, durable retreat designed to support comfortable aging in place. The owners wanted a low-profile home that would feel sheltered within the landscape while remaining practical, accessible, and easy to live in over the long term.
A berm constructed along the rear of the residence allows the home to settle into the site and provides protection from the prevailing winds. Deep porches and simple roof forms create additional shade and shelter while reinforcing the home's grounded ranch character. The result is a calm, protected place of refuge—one that responds naturally to the land and provides lasting comfort through every season.
