Kingcup Court
A Central Colorado home design combining ICCF construction, an owner's fire-resistance priorities, protected outdoor areas, and generous terraces.
Project overview
The project is located in Colorado's central mountain region. Set within the hills, Kingcup Court is a modern residence composed of clean geometric forms, varied building heights, vertical windows, protected outdoor areas, and expansive terraces. Fire resistance was a central priority for the owner, making ICCF construction an important part of the home's design and performance strategy.
Large outdoor terraces provide generous areas for entertaining while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding landscape. The home's distinctive massing and unconventional construction give it an identity of its own, while its restrained material palette and carefully proportioned openings create a balanced, cohesive composition. The result combines resilient construction with a bold and memorable architectural presence.
